Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through www.gorvele.com are processed, shipped, and delivered. Gorvèle, Inc. is committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for our customers worldwide.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions.

Gorvèle works with trusted carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
- Domestic (United States): UPS
- International: DHL
Carriers may vary depending on destination and service availability.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to customers in the United States and selected international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, shipping services may not currently be offered to that destination.
Shipping timeframes
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States — Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment using the tracking information provided.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination, shipping method selected, and package weight and dimensions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
International duties and taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Gorvèle does not control or collect these fees.
Delivery responsibility
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Gorvèle is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping delays — FTC compliance
If an order cannot be shipped within the originally stated timeframe, Gorvèle will notify you of the delay and provide the following options:
- Consent to the delayed shipment, or
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original payment method
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Lost or stolen packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact contact@gorvele.com for assistance with filing a carrier claim. Gorvèle is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Shipping restrictions
Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, or local laws. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, it will be cancelled and refunded.
Changes to this policy
Gorvèle may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The Last Updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
