Our Commitment to Excellence At Gorvèle, each piece is meticulously inspected to meet our exacting standards before it reaches you. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we maintain a carefully structured return policy designed to preserve product integrity while ensuring a considered and consistent client experience.

Return window

United States: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders: Returns must be initiated within 5–10 business days of delivery, depending on the destination country and carrier timelines. Specific eligibility windows are determined based on shipping location and will be confirmed at the time of return authorization. This extended timeframe accounts for international shipping constraints while maintaining fairness and inventory integrity.

Return eligibility

You may return an item in exchange for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. To be eligible, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Returned in perfect sellable condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including dust bags, garment bags, and branded boxes
  • All original tags and labels attached, including the Gorvèle red security tag
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or gift receipt

The Gorvèle red tag

Each Gorvèle garment includes a branded red security tag — a t-shirt shaped red tag attached at the time of dispatch, bearing the Gorvèle monogram. This tag must remain attached and intact for a return to be accepted.

Gorvèle Security Tag This red tag must remain attached and intact. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed, broken, or tampered with in any way. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you wish to keep the item.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.

  • Exchanges for a different product, style, or item are not permitted
  • If you wish to purchase a different item, return your original item for store credit and place a new order separately

Exclusions

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products, including made-to-measure items
  • Perfumes or candles that are not perfectly sealed
  • Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, sleeping masks, face masks, or similar items that have been tried on with direct skin contact and do not retain the hygiene seal
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Condition requirements

Unworn and Unaltered — No signs of wear, washing, dry-cleaning, or tailoring.

Red Tag Integrity — Returns will only be accepted if the Gorvèle red security tag remains attached and intact. Items with removed, broken, or tampered tags will not be accepted.

Perfect Sellable Condition — Items must be free from:

  • Fragrance or perfume scents
  • Makeup or cosmetic residue
  • Deodorant marks or body oils
  • Pet hair, stains, or odors
  • Fabric stretching, creasing, or distortion consistent with wear

Use Inconsistent with Evaluation — Items showing signs of short-term use inconsistent with standard try-on practices — including event wear, photoshoots, or extended use — may be refused.

Return abuse protection

Gorvèle reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of excessive return activity, suspected fraudulent behavior, or patterns inconsistent with normal consumer use. If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Applicability

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from www.gorvele.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products purchased through third-party websites
  • Products purchased in physical retail locations
  • Orders shipped to countries where we do not directly offer delivery

How to return or exchange

Initiate your return Log in to your account at www.gorvele.com and navigate to your order history. Select the relevant order and request a return or exchange. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and a pre-paid shipping label via email. Guest checkout customers must contact contact@gorvele.com.

Prepare your package Place items in original packaging. Ensure all tags including the red security tag remain attached. Include or clearly write your RA Number on or inside the package.

Apply the pre-paid label Attach the provided shipping label, cover any previous labels, and seal the package securely.

Ship your return United States: Drop off at any UPS location.
International: Use the designated DHL carrier listed on your label.
All returns are fully trackable.

Shipping costs & duties

Domestic (United States) — Free return shipping is provided for the first return per order where applicable. For additional returns, please contact our Concierge at contact@gorvele.com.

International — International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Gorvèle at the time of return authorization.

Original Shipping Fees — Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Gorvèle reserves the right to modify or withdraw return shipping benefits at any time.

Store credit processing

Once your return is received and inspected — typically within 3–5 business days — store credit will be issued and sent via email. Processing times may vary depending on internal review. You will receive confirmation once your credit has been issued.

Gift cards are governed by separate Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at contact@gorvele.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you.
